We have recently obtained planning approval for our design of a contemporary dwelling located on a site in South Wales.
The new property comprises 4 bedrooms with principal living accommodation at first floor level and is open plan to take advantage of the extensive sea views looking out over the bay.
The pallet of materials has been carefully chosen to consider the marine location, comprising zinc, Welsh slate and flint with large bi-folding doors.
The concept for the design was influenced by boat houses that are close by the site.
