Bristol Towers

We’re pleased to announce that planning has been approved (Lawful Development Certificate) for the refurbishment of four residential tower blocks in Bristol, marking an important step towards delivering safer, more energy-efficient homes for residents.
The project will replace the existing combustible External Wall Insulation (EWI) with a new compliant, fire-rated system, significantly improving both fire safety and the thermal performance of the buildings. As well as enhancing building safety and efficiency, the proposals will refresh the external façades, providing a cleaner and more cohesive appearance while respecting the existing character of each block.
Although part of the same wider scheme, each block has been submitted as a separate planning application to reflect their individual architectural features and ensure the design approach is tailored to each building.
As part of the improvements, Barton House will also receive new fire-rated windows in selected areas where existing windows are currently non-compliant.
We’re proud to be delivering the project alongside Fortem, continuing a strong and growing working relationship across a number of projects.
