Major Warehouse Development Moves Forward in Leicestershire

Works continue to progress well on this major high bay warehouse fit-out in Leicestershire, being delivered by our Lichfield Studio team.

The development is moving steadily through its construction programme, with key internal and external elements advancing in line with planned project milestones. Activity on site reflects the scale and complexity of the scheme, while maintaining strong momentum across all workstreams.

Designed to support technical innovation and training, the facility will incorporate a two-storey, 8,344m² Training Academy, alongside a range of specialist laboratories and a dedicated environmental testing chamber.

Since commencing on site in July 2024, the project has remained on track within its two-year build programme. Sustainability continues to be a core driver of the design and delivery, with the scheme targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating on completion
