Major Warehouse Development Moves Forward in Leicestershire

Works continue to advance on this major high bay warehouse fit-out in Leicestershire, being delivered by our Lichfield Studio team.

The development is moving steadily through its construction programme, with key internal and external elements advancing in line with project milestones.

Designed to support technical innovation and training, the facility will include a two-storey, 3,844m² Training Academy, alongside several specialist laboratories and an environmental testing chamber.

Since starting on site in July 2024, the project has remained on track within its two-year build timeline. Sustainability remains a key focus, with the scheme targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating upon completion.
