Ongoing fit-out of high bay warehouse in Leicestershire

Works continue to progress well with this large fit out high bay warehouse contract in Leicestershire lead by our Lichfield Studio.

The fit-out project includes a spacious training academy, spanning 3,844m2 across two levels, designed for the engineers' practical and theory-based training and development. In addition to the academy, there is also a Net Zero Laboratory, a Diagnostic and Business Support Laboratory, a Smart Meter Laboratory, and a spacious environmental chamber that can simulate extreme temperature conditions for thorough testing of new products.

Construction commenced on site in July 2024 and is followed by a two-year building period. The project is aiming towards a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’
