AHP have been appointed by new client, Vistry, to provide full architectural services on a residential development scheme in Hythe, Kent.
The development comprises a variety of housing options, with a total of 200 units, including 178 homes ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms and 22 apartments across 2 blocks.
Additionally, there will be a mix of attached and detached garages. Out of the 200 units, 44 will be designated as affordable housing. Half of these will consist of one- and two-bedroom apartments offered at affordable rents, while the remaining 22 will be two-, three-, and four-bedroom houses available through shared ownership schemes.
Vistry aims to “Establish an appealing, sustainable neighbourhood that will enhance the desirability of Hythe as a residential location”.
