Maple Creek continues on the right course as construction makes headway on the 9.7 hectre site in Fobbing, Essex.
With the marketing suite and show homes now completed, the remainder of the first phase of the build sequence has nearly concluded with most houses up to roof level.
The second and third phases are presently up to DPC level and making good progress.

The Bellway Homes (Thames Gateway) development will be home to 168 new dwellings and is on the site of the former Vange Water Works in Fobbing, Essex. The scheme marks a new chapter for the site that was once used for commercial storage. The design sensitively integrates new homes within a green and wooded setting with an existing pond and water channels which have been retained and enhanced to encourage biodiversity whilst creating a distinctive scheme with a unique sense of place.
