AHP have recently completed this project to provide 6 No flats for supported living for adults.
The existing Guest House on the site was remodelled internally and extended at Ground Floor level to create the flats. There is also a Common Room and Conservatory for socialising and shared activities, an office, and staff facilities.
The flats were designed to meet Building Regulations Part M4(2) Accessible and adaptable dwellings standard, and a lift was installed.
The area to the front of the building was redesigned to provide level access and parking for 8No cars with 2No electrical charging points. To the rear level access patios have been provided, with private gardens for 2No flats and a large, shared garden. All the new hardstanding is laid with permeable brick paving.
