Construction is well underway at the Highlands Grange housing development for Bellway Homes Thames Gateway.

Following construction of the crossover and spine road, foundation and substructure blockwork packages are gaining ground on the western half of the site with works now commencing on adjacent side of the spine road.
Project Information
AHP were appointed by Bellway Homes (Thames Gateway) in 2022 to develop the Highlands Grange scheme which comprises 36 private sale and 24 affordable dwellings in the former of houses and an apartment block.
All new houses on the five-acre brownfield site formerly occupied by Harrington’s Nursery are taken from Bellway Homes Standard House Type range, the Artisan Collection which has been developed using the latest construction techniques and customer feedback.
The development includes a large public open space and will feature a variety of ecological measures such as bird and bat boxes, insect hotel and hedgehog highways to protect local wildlife.
