Construction at Dacres Wood Court, residential development (formerly Mayor Road) is progressing well with all but one core up at roof level and internal first fix fit-out underway in one of the cores. The Bellway Homes London Partnerships development comprises three cores containing 59 apartments arranged over a split-level design of 3, 4 and 5 storeys. The structure is of traditional masonry construction with a single storey reinforced concrete frame / transfer slab to the 5-storey core.
