AHP were recently appointed by existing client, Bellway Homes, to their Mayow Road scheme in Forest Hill, London.
Having previously worked with Bellways on their Arisdale Avenue development, we will now produce the working drawing package for the block of 59 apartments, arranged over a split-level design of 4 and 5 storeys.
The blocks will contain a mixture of 23 various apartment types, ensuring that although the design is externally uniformed, the scheme offers future buyers an extensive choice of size and layout, internally.
Planning permission was recently granted and work is expected to begin onsite in the new year.
