Our Business Development Manager, Jackie, recently had the pleasure of attending the Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls careers fair, where she spoke with students from Years 9 to 13 about the exciting world of architecture. It was a fantastic opportunity to share insights, answer questions, and hopefully inspire some future architects to pursue a career in the built environment.

Throughout the morning, Jackie engaged with a wide range of students, all curious and eager to learn about careers in architecture. The event provided an ideal platform to introduce young minds to the diverse opportunities the industry offers - from design and planning to sustainability and project management.

The students asked thoughtful questions, demonstrating genuine interest in how buildings are brought to life and what it’s like to work in a creative yet technical field.
We’re proud to support career education and engagement opportunities like these, and we look forward to taking part in similar events in the future. Inspiring the next generation of talent is key to building a more innovative, inclusive, and sustainable future in architecture.

A big thank you to Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls for hosting such a well-organised event and for the warm welcome. We’re excited to see where these talented students take their futures and we’ll be cheering them on!
