Entrance Hub: A vibrant feature entrance containing a coffee bar and modern collaboration spaces.
The project was delivered via a traditional procurement route utilising a JCT Standard Building Contract.
AHP were appointed as Architects, Lead Designers, Principal Designers (BSA) and Contract Administrators
Sustainability Achievement: The project successfully achieved a BREEAM Rating of Excellent, reflecting a high standard of environmental performance and sustainable design.
