AHP have a long and successful partnership with the charity Active Prospects stretching back over 30 years and are currently the Lead Architect on all their developments. The scheme in Redhill, Surrey, replaces the former Victorian detached property and creates a facility which allows Active Prospect's residents to lead more independent lives. 

The proposal involves the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a replacement building that provides 6 one bed flats, along with associated staff facilities and a communal common room. There is a further new building located to the rear of the site, which provides a further 4 one bed flats.
