AHP were approached by a private client who were interested in utilising some of their existing large corner plot and introducing a bungalow onto the site.

We provided initial feasibility studies for the scheme and gained planning permission for a two bedroom dormer bungalow with open plan living accommodation. We continued to work with the client and provided the working drawing package.
