Stephen joined AHP in late 2022 as a Senior Architectural Technologist. Having previously worked in most areas of the construction industry; including residential, health and commercial projects, Stephen has developed an extensive understanding of the whole industry. Since being at AHP, Stephen has become a key member of the team, working mainly on healthcare projects within the business.

In recognition of his exceptional leadership skills, as well as his expertise in contracts and construction, Stephen was promoted to the role of Associate Director in May 2025
