Nadia Mihaylova
Architect
Nadia joined AHP in 2023 as an experienced architect with passion for design, aesthetics, and thoughtful, inspiring architecture. She earned her Master’s Degree in Architecture in 2005 from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Geodesy in Sofia, Bulgaria. For more than 13 years (2003-2017) she had the privilege of playing a pivotal role in two reputed and well-established architectural practices where she had the opportunity to train a strong design flair and bring a personal approach in creating bespoke solutions. During this time, she was fortunate to design and deliver a range of projects including holiday resorts, hotels, restaurants, multi-storey residential buildings, residential estates, large end-off bespoke houses, secondary academy school, and cleanrooms.
She collaborated on several successful developments which have been honoured with prestigious awards, as well as two independently won awards for the design of bespoke family houses, demonstrate her unwavering commitment to excellence. In 2017, she undertook a significant career transition when she moved to the UK. The same year she registered with the ARB.
Since 2021, she has been working across various project stages for the residential sector, and successfully attained Chartered Membership of RIBA in 2022. Outside of her professional commitments, she spends time with family and enjoys music, playing the piano, cooking and hosting gourmet dinners with good friends.
