This scheme comprised a residential development of two blocks which included a terrace of three bed houses, each with private gardens and a block of 6 two bed flats with communal gardens.
External elevations are of
traditional brick and render to remain in keeping with the adjacent properties.
The scheme includes the provision of a new access roadway and on- site parking facilities. Landscaping proposals were developed in close liaison with the Local Planning Authority.
