AHP were appointed by our client, Redstone Developments, to prepare the working drawings for their development on Pelton Road in Greenwich, which had recently received planning approval. The site is located on the corner of Pelton Road and Commerell Street and was the location of the former St. Joseph’s Community Centre.

The proposal involved the partial demolition of the existing building with the remaining retained part being converted into four maisonettes and two flats. A further two contemporary, four bedroom new build houses were constructed on the site to form the mews around which the finished development is centred.
