Following the successful completion of a development with our long standing client Bellway Homes, AHP were appointed to a produce a RIBA Stage 4-5 package for a residential development site in an area of unused grassland (2.32 hectares) in Grays, Essex.

The scheme provided a wide range of unit types to create a diverse neighbourhood, delivering a mixture of 2, 3 and four bed houses and 1 and 2 bed apartments.

Phasing of the scheme allowed new residents to move in, whilst progress across the site developed. The project was completed in early 2021.
