AHP were appointed by the Trust to deliver a design scheme for a new Paediatric Post Anaesthetic Care Unit.

The new unit is located close to the Trust’s current Intensive Therapy Unit and is connected via a lift and stair link corridor. It comprises four single bedrooms, one of which has isolation capabilities.

A landscaped garden area provides further breakout opportunities.

The Trust opted to procure a modular building solution for the unit to benefit from the accelerated delivery periods and quality of offsite manufacture.
