This project involved the phased refurbishment of ante & post natal wards, women's OPD and maternity day unit, together with a new-build to reconfigure the birthing unit and delivery suites. 

The new consultant led unit provided five birthing rooms in addition to the existing eight rooms, with the new midwife led unit offering five birthing suites.

AHP were involved with the project from stage 0 through to the successful completion.  Working closely with the Trust and stakeholders from the outset, the project went through both OBC and FBC Stages with designs approved by NHS London at each stage.
