Harrison’s Hotel was located on a prominent site on the banks of the River Thames in Shepperton, Surrey. The hotel ceased trading in late 2013 and the site was purchased by Woldingham Homes for a residential development.  The site, which is located within a conservation area, also included a terrace of three cottages which had been converted into bedsits for hotel accommodation.  AHP acted as Lead Designer on this scheme which comprised three traditional cottages and seven contemporary apartments. We were also responsible for the original feasibility studies, along with the planning and tender submissions packages. 

The hotel was shortlisted for the Surrey Heritage Awards in 2016.
