The BEH Clinical Strategy comprised of a re-organisation of the provision of acute services across the Barnet, Enfield and Haringey health communities.

AHP supported the NHS Trusts in preparing the Employer's Requirements documentation in readiness to appoint a Procure 21+ Partner. 

On appointment, AHP were retained by Kier Health to fully develop the works required to the retained estate for construction, including five acute wards, dedicated stroke and HIV outpatient units and a new maternity ward, whilst the new building was procured through a modular specialist.
