Matthew Russell

Matthew qualified as an Architect in 1997 while working for Kent County Council Architects, gaining broad experience in education and other public sector projects. Since moving to commercial practice in 2000, he has worked extensively with Acute, Primary and Mental Health NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, NHS & independent bio-pharmaceutical and cleanroom facilities, residential and commercial clients.

Within AHP, Matthew’s role is to contribute to the direction and success of the business and to apply his leadership and experience in design and cost-effective delivery to a wide range of projects, liaising between clients, contractors, industry disciplines and statutory bodies to develop schemes that best suit the client’s needs, recourses and aspirations, and which all parties can be proud of.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys the demands and delights of family life, theatre and books
