This new-build development was constructed on the site of a former nursing home.  Detailed planning permission was granted to demolish the derelict nursing home and to construct a new residential development on the footprint of the original building.

Originally, we were commissioned by the developer client to prepare outline conceptual designs for market testing. 

We prepared all planning drawings and were retained on the project through to the completion stage, producing detailed working drawings, specifications, and structural and civil engineering design.  AHP led the design co-ordination process ensuring that the subcontractors and other consultants were fully co-ordinated.
