This site was a former coal yard which was located off the corner of Silverdale Road in Tunbridge Wells.

The narrow access into the site widens to a site approximately 2,260m². Maximising the accommodation on the site was a challenge due to it being overlooked on all sides by existing residential accommodation.

AHP were involved with this project from a very earlier stage and worked with the original developer Woldingham Homes to prepare feasibility studies and negotiate the scheme through the planning process. Planning approval was  granted in October 2019.

​

The site was then sold to Magnum Opus Developments and amended to accommodate a further two units to increase the total to 15 units.

​

The project is currently on site with an expected completion date of October 2023.
