Neill was a founding partner in AHP in 1988 and has been the driving force behind the continued growth of the practice. A chartered Building Surveyor, he previously worked as a Senior Surveyor within a national building surveying consultancy and has a breadth of skills and knowledge in both design and construction.

Since 1988, he has worked on a wide variety of public and commercial sector projects, providing fully integrated solutions and high quality designs. He is able to work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals and has a natural ability to work sensitively with end users. His strengths lie in his ability to assess and adapt to the varied needs of clients, and the awareness of the importance of good team relationships in order to achieve objectives.

Neill enjoys music, walking and still plays veterans’ five-a-side football. He has recently become the owner of a classic camper van in which he hopes to tour the UK.
