Mark is a qualified construction manager with over twenty five years’ experience in the industry, six of which were gained in NHS Capital Development where he developed strong healthcare design skills. This client-based experience, gained alongside strong technical expertise, has allowed him to deliver a wide range of acute, primary care and mental healthcare projects.  

 

His early industry experience was contractor-based and this, coupled with a formal qualification in occupational safety and health, provides him with a useful insight into the design and management of construction projects.

Mark joined AHP in 2001 and he leads on numerous projects, taking them from initial concept through to delivery. Mark is adept at understanding the challenges associated with construction in highly technical occupied environments and has the skills needed to address them.  His experience-based design and client-focused approach result in practical, yet creative, design proposals.

When not at work, Mark spends quality time with his young family including regular group visits to the local health club. He is a keen golfer and local football team supporter when time allows.
