Liam has over 12 years experience with residential new build and conversion projects in both the private & social housing sectors.

Having a strong understanding of construction methods and building regulations Liam is able take a methodical and practical approach to design and construction. This approach enables a smooth transition from the initial design through to the delivery of projects on site including initial site assessment sketches, planning applications and building regulation / construction documents.

Liam's current hobbies include, kayak racing and motorcycling.
