Chad joined AHP early in 2013 having spent nine years at Calfordseaden as an Architectural Technologist. He has worked across a variety of sectors, and his recent experience includes new build affordable homes of traditional construction, and residential care homes utilising lightweight steel frame construction.

 

Chad’s role at AHP is as a Senior Architectural Technician and Project Manager for the NHS. His in-depth understanding and experience of design and build systems underlines his ability to deliver highly effective client solutions, whilst developing the essential interpersonal skills required for efficient project management. His responsibilities range from producing detailed drawings and specifications, to liaising with building control, to table design development.

 

Chad enjoys motorsport and drives down to Le Mans every year to watch the 24 hour race with friends. His hobbies include running, cycling, mountaineering and hill walking.
