AHP were appointed by existing client Bellway Homes to produce a working drawing package for this development in Lewisham, London.

The challenging scheme comprised three apartment blocks containing 59 residential units arranged over a split-level design of three, four and five storeys within a very tight site and restrictive planning conditions imposed.

 The structure is of traditional masonry construction with a single storey reinforced concrete frame / transfer slab to the five-storey core. The homes are made up of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, all including balconies or terraces and include disabled access properties.
