AHP were appointed by Sevenoaks District Council to assist in an the appraisal of a number of strategic sites within the borough, with a view to supplying some much needed housing stock to the district.

​

This site in Swanley was identified as one such site and AHP working closely with the development arm of the council, developed designs for 18 dwelling houses and a children’s playground. Planning approval for the scheme was granted in August 2020.

Sevenoaks District Council have since sold the land onto a developer who has recently appointed AHP to develop the design further, to maximise the potential for development. A pre-application submission is due to be submitted in March 2023.
