Alex joined AHP in March 2018 having spent three and a half years working in surveying on numerous large scale and high-profile projects.  His primary role was to manipulate and utilize data from 3D laser scanning to produce BIM ready models in Autodesk Revit and ArchiCAD. 

Prior to this Alex gained a 2:1 in Architectural Technology and Practice at the University of Derby as a mature student following a year living and working abroad.

Alex continues to build on his knowledge of BIM and 3D modelling and is keen to promote its use whenever he can, particularly through collaborative working.

He is fast gaining experience and skills in his role at AHP and has already worked on a broad variety of projects such as residential master planning, clinical establishment refits, and new education facilities.

Outside of work Alex enjoys running, cycling, tinkering with cars and spending time with his wife and dog. He loves cooking, holidays in the Mediterranean and plans of one day buying a villa in Greece.
