Located on a prominent corner of Cambridge Road and Plaistow Lane in Bromley the building that currently occupies the site was a former vet with residential accommodation on the first floor. The vets relocated to new premise nearby which allowed the whole site to be redeveloped.

The owner of the site appointed AHP to prepare proposals for a residential scheme to release the full potential of the underused site.

Initial proposals were put forward to the local planning department at a pre-app meeting and the design has been through a number of interations until the final scheme was submitted for planning approval in early 2021. Due to delays in the planning system a decision is yet to be received, however it is hoped that this will be forthcoming in the near future to allow the next stage of the project to commence.
