Chris joined the Team in 2013 and trained as an Architectural Technologist while studying for his BSc in Architectural Technology on day release. After several successful years as a team leader, Chris’ strong leadership, construction knowledge, personable skills and commitment were recognised with his promotion to Associate Director in July 2022. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and became Chartered early 2023. Chris leads on a number of projects, mainly in the residential sector but has also gained considerable knowledge in healthcare.

Although no Jimi Hendrix, Chris has been teaching himself to play guitar over the last several years, having been inspired by the likes of The Rolling Stones and Eric Clapton. .
