Plans have been submitted this week for the refurbishment of the Windsor Farm Shop.

Situated on the edge of Home Park, The Royal Farms Windsor Farm Shop is just a short distance away from the beautiful scenery of the Great Park and historic surroundings of Windsor Castle. The Shop was created by converting Victorian potting sheds and constructing two new buildings which became the Farm Shop and the Cafe. The shop opened in 2001 as an outlet to sell locally sourced goods and produce from the Royal Estates and The Great Park.

Due to the commercial success of the café, the kitchen facilities are no longer adequately sized. The refurbishment will see a reorganisation of the internal layout to provide a larger back of house operation.  The introduction of a glazed canopy and associated landscaping will improve the appearance of the entrance
