Last week saw the successful handover of the new offices for Pathways, a charity which helps communities and individuals through the provision of housing, grant funding and youth and community projects.

AHP worked closely with the charity to understand their needs and provided design solutions to meet them.  The brief included flexible office accommodation, community space suitable for a diverse range of uses and disabled access to all areas.

The challenging site dictated much of the external design and the gradient roof line not only satisfied planning conditions, but also acts to add interest to the internal elevations.
