Following on from our post earlier in the year, (click here to read) plans have now been submitted for the independent living scheme in Redhill on behalf of our long standing client, Active Prospects.  AHP have been working with the charity for over 14 years and have recently been appointed as their Lead Architect.

The proposal involves the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a replacement building that provides 6 one bedroom flats along with associated staff facilities and a communal common room. There is a further new building located to the rear of the site, which provides a further 4 one bedroom flats.
